Mali is a tribe speaking Kreul and its existence is at risk. Don’t look up for it on a map ! It doesn’t exist, as well as its language. Yet, we do undestand them : with our eyes, with our ears, and especially with our hearts.
With their turbulent tribe of 30 singing and dancing children, trained by the Justiniana company, Jean-Claude and Théophile have imagine an original creation for them, playfully mixing singing and dancing and refusing to isolate each art, in order to reinforce the universal bonds that unite us all as human beings.

A journey in European Music I LONDON

For the 40th birthday of Les Arts Florissants,  PARIS PHILHARMONIE takes us at the heart of Baroque music by exploring several cities where this music was important. Each session includes a conference and musical illustrations performed by the singers & musicians of Les Arts Florissants.
Next stop : LONDON, with the musicologist Pascale SAINT-ANDRÉ, the countertenor Théophile ALEXANDRE and the harpsichordist Florian CARRÉ, for a journey into english baroque music, from Dowland to Purcell and including the british compositions of Haendel.

Original creation on the theme of ‘coming together’, imagined around the goddess Europa, symbolic figurehead of people destined to live together today.
